2. Registration and Payments

• Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

• Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the program start date to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.

4. Program Materials

• All materials, recipes, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Peranakan Culture Dive.

• Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without prior consent.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.

• Actively engage in activities with curiosity and an open mind.

• Refrain from disruptive behavior that may impact others.

6. Limitation of Liability

Peranakan Culture Dive is not responsible for:

• Injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participant negligence.

• Cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during programs.
