1. Introduction
Welcome to Peranakan Culture Dive. By participating in our programs or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
2. Registration and Payments
Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the program start date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.
4. Program Materials
All materials, recipes, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Peranakan Culture Dive.
Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without prior consent.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.
Actively engage in activities with curiosity and an open mind.
Refrain from disruptive behavior that may impact others.
6. Limitation of Liability
Peranakan Culture Dive is not responsible for:
Injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participant negligence.
Cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Loss or damage to personal belongings during programs.
